Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas), the top Republican on the House Armed Services Committee, said Sunday that President Trump’s phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is not an “impeachable” offense.

Speaking on ABC News’ “This Week,” he was asked by host Martha Raddatz about the Republicans’ strategy to push back against the allegations that have were unveiled during the impeachment inquiry.
