OTTAWA—In late August, fathers and their daughters entered a glamorous rooftop tent at Ottawa’s National Arts Centre for the Tiny Hoppers Second Annual Father Daughter Ball fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Upon arrival, guests walked the famous Tiny Hoppers Red Carpet, were interviewed by media, and then enjoyed Frogatinis and treats. They were then entertained by Froggles, the Tiny Hoppers mascot, and posed for complementary professional portraits.

Guests enjoyed a delicious three-course meal while Disney character princesses mingled with the excited little girls. The evening’s entertainment included all-girl band Blush and an interactive DJ that got the crowd going.

Each little girl was gifted with a bracelet at the beginning of the evening and left with a swag bag filled with special gifts.

“We could not be more pleased or proud of how this event unfolded, and to be able to donate $9,173 made it all worthwhile. We can’t wait to see you all next year, Sunday, August 17th, 2014,” said Tiny Hoppers co-owner Brigida Aversa.

Tiny Hoppers provides daycare and other services such as birthday parties and summer camp.
