OTTAWA—Three busloads of Tibetans came to Parliament Hill from Toronto Thursday for a four-hour rally to urge Prime Minister Stephen Harper to raise the issue of Tibet during his trip to China on Feb 6-12.
The rally came on the heels of a signature campaign with the petitions and an appeal letter presented to the Prime Minister’s Office that day.
