The “storm in Denmark” photo that has been widely shared on Twitter and Facebook is, in fact, photoshopped.

The photo appears to take a photo by photographer Sean Heavey of a supercell thunderstorm rolling across the Montana prairie in 2010 and combine it with a photo of a city center.

It’s unclear whether the city center is in Denmark or some other place.

Some people on social media websites are calling it out as fake while others believe that it is real.
