Recent emails that are said to have been drafted by Apple CEO Steve Jobs, show that the inventive business man could be dodging the validity of recent complaints about the iPhone 4.

BoyGeniusReport.com, a tech news site, posted the emails that were later questioned by other news entities. Apple has admitted that the phone can lose the strength of its signal when the antennae is covered but the company added that the problem can occur with any cell phone.

Engadget.com posted a recent article following the dispute between Apple and BoyGeniusReport.com.

AppleInsider claims that the emails were the result of money hungry writers falsifying information to attract readers. Boygenius.com later wrote that the emails are real and pointed out that the CEO has a history of directly emailing his two cents on a regular basis.

The BoyGeniusReport.com reader was an unhappy Apple customer who emailed back and forth with an Apple tech expert named Tom along with Jobs. When the reader said that he was having problems with his signal and that it is a flaw in the phone’s design, he claims that he was given a couple of dodgy answers from Jobs.

“No, you are getting all worked up over a few days of rumors,“ Jobs said. ”Calm down.”

When the reader asked Jobs to “do the right thing” and said that the flaw in his phone was a reality, Jobs allegedly dodged the issue again.

“You are most likely in an area with very low signal strength,” Job said.

The Better Business Bureau recently posted an article on their website which says that Apple has admitted that the signal can be blocked by a person’s hand.

“Apple says this problem can happen with any cell phone and that to avoid, just grip it in a different spot or use a rubber case,” read the article.

The only issue with iPhone 4 is that Apple put the antennae in a location that is commonly covered by the user’s hand, though there is considerable debate about the severity of the issue. The antennae is located on the bottom left hand side of the phone.
