The ferry that crashed last month is back in business, according to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). The Andrew J. Barberi crashed between Staten Island and Manhattan on May 8, injuring 48 people.

The crew members were cleared of any wrongdoing and passed drug and alcohol tests. According to the NTSB, the crash occurred because one of the cycloidal propulsion units that power the ship didn’t work properly. Defective parts of the propulsion unit were replaced and then sent to the NTSB headquarters for further analysis. In 2003, the Barberi crashed full-speed into a concrete wall, killing 11 people.
