A North Carolina woman vanished this week while she was taking her work break at a Starbucks, and now the FBI is assisting in the search.
Allison Cope, who works at the Starbucks inside the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, went missing on Monday, June 26, according to ABC11. Police know that detail because a badge swipe shows that she clocked out for her break.
She was reported missing to police later that day.
“Airport police have thoroughly reviewed the video and there is no evidence that she is under any distress,” Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority Police Department said in a press release. ABC News reported that the FBI has now gotten involved in the hunt for the woman.
The Raleigh-Durham International Airport Police Department released three surveillance camera photos that show Cope. They show her at her car at a Shell gas station in Wake Forest, North Carolina, MyFox8 reported.
