Steve Young, the former NFL quarterback-turned analyst, touched on rumors that the the St. Louis Rams should go back to Los Angeles amid a weak fan turnout at the Edward Jones Dome during Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers.

“Look around--there’s nobody here,” he said during a pregame show and slammed the Rams’ ownership and fans.

Young, a Super Bowl MVP who played most of his career with San Francisco 49ers, also mentioned that the Rams are looking into moving back to Los Angeles. The team spent most of its existence in LA before going to St. Louis in the 1990s.

When the camera panned to the crowd that attended the game, it looked spotty.

Young later praised Rams rookie quarterback Austin Davis, saying he reminds him of a young Kurt Warner or Tony Romo.
