More snow is planned for New York City starting at 3 a.m. on Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
The storm is expected to drop at least 6 inches of snow on the ground by the time the storm ends.
Parts of Eastern New York have already received several feet of snow as of Wednesday. Another storm will follow this storm on Friday, which is expected to dump more snow on the region.
