Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder said state police have secured the scene after shots were fired in a southwestern Michigan courthouse.
Snyder tweeted that he was praying for those who were affected by the shooting in St. Joseph, located in Berrien County.
Berrien County Sheriff L. Paul Bailey said at the third floor of the courthouse, “a person has shot two bailiffs, who are both deceased.”
The suspect also shot and wounded a deputy.
