Russian Submarine in Gulf of Mexico Unlikely, Expert Says

The Washington Free Beacon reported on Aug. 14 that a Russian nuclear-powered submarine spent several weeks patrolling the Gulf of Mexico, undetected by the U.S. Navy, in June and July.
