A family in eastern Russia just got a new addition to their family. A bear cub showed up at their gate three weeks ago after its mother was likely killed by poachers.

They cook it porridge and feed it milk from a refashioned beer bottle. One of his adopted mothers said it has quite a sweet tooth. And while they’ve even gone so far as to name it Mishutka they said, they don’t want to keep it.

They have taken out an ad on the Internet and hope the media coverage of him will lead to a circus or zoo taking him in.
