Former All-Star pitcher Roger Clemens’ medical records while he was with the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays were obtained by federal investigators on Thursday.

The New York Daily News reports that the Yankees cooperated with investigators, who are trying to gain more evidence on whether or not Clemens lied to a federal grand jury in 2008. He was officially charged on Aug. 30 for perjury, making false statements, and obstruction of Congress.

Clemens has insisted that he is not guilty of taking steroids or human growth hormones. His former trainer Brian McNamee testified and said he injected Clemens with steroids, as well as HGH between 1998 and 2001.
