A man who was charged with fatally shooting a recent high school graduate several weeks ago in Pennsylvania waived his court hearing on Thursday, Aug. 17, it was reported. It means his case can now go to trial.
David Desper was charged in the killing of Bianca Roberson, 18, as the two were attempting to merge onto the highway on June 28, officials have said.
Then, Desper shot her in the head and her car ran off the road and into a ditch, hitting a tree.
Desper, 28, fled the scene and turned himself in a few days later via an attorney, court documents said.

Witnesses described the incident as a "cat-and-mouse game" between the truck and Roberson's car. Screenshot/YouTube
