Harry Styles of One Direction tweeted about the death of a fan named Magda who recently passed away.

“It’s incredibly sad to hear the news about Magda. She was so so lovely, i am thinking of her and her family,” he wrote Friday.

“Magda” is Magdalena Szablinska, 16, who collapsed outside a bus stop at St. Mark’s Catholic School in Hounslow in London. Reports said that she suffered cardiac arrest and medics were unable to revive her when she was taken to the hospital.

Szablinska has been photographed with a number of One Direction members, according to the Express. She ran a Twitter account about the group that had nearly 100,000 followers.

On Friday, the term “RIP Magda” trended on Twitter, triggering an outpouring of support from fans of the band.

“R.I.P Magda, another angel in heaven :(,” wrote one

Added another, “She was such a lovely and sweet girl R.I.P Magda.”

“Just heard about Magda and it’s so sad! I’m just happy that she got what she always wanted❤ #RIPMagda,” tweeted another.

Paul Enright, the headteacher at St. Mark’s, described her as a “wonderful student.”

“Magda was kind, intelligent, hardworking, cheerful and positive. She was a great role model for other students and very popular among her peer group,” he told GetWestLondon. “Magda was an integral part of our school family and we will miss her very much.  The school community have been praying for Magda and her family.  We will be organising a special memorial mass and details will be placed on the school website.”

He said the community was “greatly saddened” by her death.

A friend of the girl, Shannontobin1 tweeted: “You were my first friend at St Mark’s and one of my closest ever since. You were so beautiful Magda, inside and out. I love you and miss you so so much. RIP.”
