A tornado warning was issued for Richmond, Virginia, on Thursday afternoon.
The warning will last until 5:30 p.m. ET, according to the National Weather Service.
Meteorologist James Spann tweeted that a “possible tornado” was caught on radar south of Richmond.
There a was reported tornadoes in upstate New York on Thursday.
