Republicans are putting pressure on President Joe Biden after reports that baby formula was sent to illegal immigrant holding centers in Texas amid a nationwide shortage of the products.

“Children are our most vulnerable, precious Texans and deserve to be put first. Yet, President Biden has turned a blind eye to parents across America who are facing the nightmare of a nationwide baby formula shortage,” said Republican Gov. Gregg Abbott and National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd in a statement.
