The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 7 filming is underway, with Apollo Nida joining in before he has to report to prison.

Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison for tax fraud.

Now Radar Online reports that Nida must report to federal prison on September 10.

He’s been ordered to surrender himself at the FMC Lexington prison in Kentucky on that date at noon.

Nida has expressed remorse for his crimes, and pled guilty to the charges. He told Radar previously that his actions should serve as an example to other young men of what not to do. “Don’t do as I do, but take my experiences and hope that it will give you a better platform,” he said.

The long prison sentence has had an impact on Nida’s marriage with Phaedra Parks, with the marriage on “shaky ground.”

Divorce rumors are flying around though noting has been announced by Nida or Parks yet.

Season 7 began filming over the summer. Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, and NeNe Leakes have all returned.

Speaking of Moore, Media Takeout reported that she has been dating Kordell Stewart.

Stewart, Porsha’s ex-husband, is a business partner with Peter Thomas. They opened up a new sports bar in Charlotte, and Kendall attended the opening. She and Stewart hit it off, so the pair are now reportedly dating.
