Radovan Krejcir, a Czech fugitive living in South Africa, was arrested on Friday, it was reported.

The was charged with attempted murder and kidnapping, reported Eyewitness News.

“I can confirm that Krejcir was arrested after 6pm at his house in Gauteng,” police spokersperson Solomon Makgale told the Mail & Guardian. “He was arrested on charges of attempted murder and kidnapping.”

Several of Krejcir’s have been killed in recent weeks, including in an apparent bomb that went off in front of a shopping area near Johannesburg.

Krejcir also survived an assassination attempt involving remote-controlled months ago.

He has denied any involvement in a series of killings that left his associates dead.
