The Memphis Police Department is investigating a “joke” auction of kids on social media, after a photo surfaced of two infants with duct tapes over their mouths, with the caption “Kids for sale, 45% because they bad.”
The Tennessee Department of Children’s Services is also investigating the incident, according to WMC-TV. The children appear to have tears in their eyes in the photo.
