Playstation Now: Stream Games to Your PS4, PS3, PS Vita, TV, Phone or Tablet

CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology trade show, runs through January 10 and is expected to feature 3,200 exhibitors showing off their latest products and services to about 150,000 attendees.

Sony introduced its revolutionary Playstation Now at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES).

Playstation Now is a cloud-based game streaming service. Consumers who do not own a gaming console will be able to enjoy games when Playstation Now is released. Gamers will be able to play Playstation 3 games on their PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Smart TV, or, eventually, smartphones and tablets (provided gamers plug in a dual-shock controller).

Sony has not commented yet whether or not Playstation or Playstation 2 games will be available on this service, nor have they stated how much it will cost. They did say, however, that it will be released sometime this summer. Those wishing to play games with Playstation Now will have a choice between a Netflix-like subscription to the service or renting individual titles.
