New York City’s Hudson River Park opened two new sections Monday, with  New York State Gov. David Paterson on hand to cut the ribbon.
 
 With the opening of the new expansive areas, Hudson River Park becomes  the largest open space in Manhattan next to Central Park. A full nine  acres of additional space includes a skate park, a carousel, a large  open lawn, and a public garden. Enjoy The Epoch Times original photo  report on the opening!
