WASHINGTON—The 2010 USA Science & Engineering Festival holds its Grand Finale Expo in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 23-24. Events are held in the National Mall, Freedom Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza, Mellon Auditorium, and the National Museum of Natural History 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days.
