New York City recorded zero deaths linked to COVID-19 on July 11 for the first time since March 14, when the city began reporting deaths from the new disease.

Health officials recorded zero confirmed deaths—people who die with confirmed cases of COVID-19—and zero probable deaths, or deaths health officials believe were caused by COVID-19, on July 11.
