The NBA playoffs are just a few days away and the last night of the regular season is tonight, April 16.

All of the seeding for both conferences has been decided as of 11:40 p.m. EDT as many games are over.

See the confirmed first-round matchups and the seedings below. Many of the games have yet to be determined as far as dates and times but some of the info for the first games of each series have been released.
