Spain v Argentina - Davis Cup World Group Final - Day Three

Second-ranked Rafael Nadal of Spain downed Juan Martin Del Potro of Argentina 1–6, 6–4, 6–1, 7–6 (0) Sunday in round four of the finals of the Davis Cup to clinch the title for his country.

The 6'6” Del Potro was actually broken on the very first game of the match before reeling off six straight of his own to take the first set. But after losing a grueling 6–2, 6–7(2), 3–6, 6–4, 6–3 match to David Ferrer in the second round Friday, Del Potro was unable to sustain the momentum.

Nadal who ripped Juan Monaco 6–1, 6–1, 6–2 in the opener Friday has now won 20 straight Davis Cup matches.
