A party boat capsized in downtown Miami near Brickell on Sunday evening, according to reports.

More than 30 people were rescued from the water, according to the Miami Herald.

It is unclear if there are any more people in the water.

The paper reported that a boater helped rescue people.

The Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission helped carry out the rescue, reported NBC Miami.

“Every year we see the same thing,” Jorge Pino with the FWC told the station. “We see individuals that like to go out and have a good time and they do it in a respectful way without any issues, but then again you also have those individuals who go out there and they don’t do it the right way.”
