Marcus Vick, Michael Vick’s brother, was arrested on Monday morning after police say he was driving high after smoking marijuana.
Vick, 29, was driving a 2013 Lexus LX570 with expired tags.
He was stopped around 2:30 a.m., reported TMZ.
During the stop, police smelled marijuana, and Vick was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
