Man in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was shot in the hand for not having lighter. The victim told police a truck stopped at the Braden Creek Apartments, a man came out, asked him for a lighter. When he said he didn’t have one, the man shot him twice. The victim sustained a hand injury. Police is looking for the gunman.
