‘Where Is the RING?’ Hilariously Awkward Marriage Proposals

These are some of the funniest wedding proposals ever committed to film.

The video includes such humorous nuggets as a woman fainting, a child who couldn’t hold it, and a girl bursting into tears whilst holding a stuffed Scooby Doo toy as she finally realises that her boyfriend’s attempts to propose are not a joke.

One of our favourite clips shows a man falling from his BMX bike after attempting a tricky stunt that saw him hit the ground with a sickening thud. His girlfriend rushes to his side as he squeals in pain only for his squeals of pain to turn to her squeals of excitement as he pulls out a ring and asks the woman to marry him.

Another shorter but no less funny clip shows a woman flat out passing out and hitting the floor hard as her boyfriend bends the knee and produces a ring. The joy of those watching turns to worry as they rush to the unconscious woman’s aid.

A further video shows a birthday wish coming true for one lucky man as he enlists the children of his soon to be fiancé to help him by holding up a sign asking their mother to be his wife, which she duly accepts and grants the man his birthday wish.

Our favourite clip has to be the video of a stricken man being wheeled into the emergency room of a hospital, oxygen mask on face as his girlfriend rushes over in full medical garb to attend to him. The woman clearly works at the hospital and the look of worry on her face soon disintegrates to one of shock as the man jumps from the stretcher, goes down on one knee and holds a wedding ring aloft.
