A Lowe’s in New York state is under investigation by a local sheriff’s office and health department over social distancing violations.

The Lowe’s location in Big Flats was shut down due to “continual violations of Executive Order(s) issued by New York State Governor pertaining to social distancing,” local officials said, according to WENY. Reporters with the station said that Chemung County Sheriff’s deputies were asking people to leave the store on Sunday afternoon.
