May will see the first Loire Valley Wines Restaurant Week in the United States. At this exclusive preview event on April 15, guests were invited to OCabanon, Cave a Manger restaurant, to discover 6 appellations from the Loire Valley in France, pairing them with OCabanon’s signature dishes and fresh oysters by Oysters XO.
