Lil Boosie was forced to cancel his first concert after getting out of prison last month because of parole restrictions, according to reports.

The concert was set to be held at the County Fairgrounds in Jackson, Mississippi.

The show had to be canceled because Boosie’s appearance couldn’t be guaranteed.

“This decision has been made based on the inability, as of April 3, for anyone to guarantee the appearance of the artist for which tickets have already been sold,” a county press release said.

But Boosie is seeking to make multiple appearances soon for concerts, according to an update from his official Twitter account.

“Dallas, Orlando, Indianapolis, Gulfport. We working hard to get me on the stage. Updates soon. Thank yall for stickin by me,” it said.

Attorney Earl Denham in Ocean Springs, who represents the concert promoter, said there is no update on a possible show, but he is speaking with probation and parole officers, reported Sun Herald.

Boosie, real name Torence Hatch, was released from a Louisiana prison in early March after serving four years and four months for possession of marijuana.
