The Soundwave Festival line-up for 2011 has been leaked with extra Iron Maiden shows to feature on the side.
Festival promoter AJ Maddah disappointedly confirmed on Twitter that the leaked line-up is correct. He had hoped the information would be released a day later as planned.
According to Mr. Maddah, a further eight bands will be announced in October, including Soundwave’s “third headliner”.
Festival headliner Iron Maiden will also be performing two sideshows on Feb. 23 at Hisense Arena in Melbourne and Feb. 24 at the Entertainment Centre in Sydney.
Other bands in the 2011 Soundwave line-up include The Gaslight Anthem, Queens of the Stoneage, Primus and Rob Zombie, totalling 53 bands so far.
The hardcore rock festival will kick off in Brisbane on Feb. 26 next year and tour Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide before arriving in Perth on March 7.
