Lamar Odam, the troubled NBA player, was charged with a DUI on Friday, says a report.

Odom was arrested Aug. 30 for driving too slow on the 101 Freeway in Southern California. He flunked several sobriety tests and was detained.

He will lose his license for at least a year, reported TMZ.

Law enforcement sources told the website that Odom may have been under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

He will be arraigned in late September.
