The showbiz matriarch - who has kids Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, and Rob Kardashian with late ex-husband Robert Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner with estranged spouse Bruce Jenner - finds it “hurtful” when her parenting skills are criticized and even though she is also her children’s manager, she says being their mother will always come first.

Speaking in a forthcoming episode of ‘Beyond Candid With Giuliana’, she said: “As hurtful as it might be, no one knows what’s going on.

“When someone starts criticising your role and your ability to be a good mom. I prided myself, my entire life...my most important role in my life is being a mom. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my kids.”

And the 58-year-old star isn’t immune to criticism from her own family, admitting she gets “tortured” by her daughters over the way she treats their brother.

She said: “I often get tortured by Kourtney, Kimberley and Khloe about it, and Kendall and Kylie, because they think I baby Rob.”

The family shot to fame on reality show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ and Kris admits she has always advised her loved ones not to read what people say about them online, insisting much of what is published is “absolute lies”.

She said: “One of the things that I told the kids when we first started was don’t get on the internet, don’t read the crap out there, there’s a lot of haters.

“At some point, you can’t control what really ignorant, nasty people are going to say about a family that they really [know]nothing about personally. 99.9% of the stuff that’s printed is absolute lies.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Kris wept as she spoke about her ex-husband Robert’s death, admitting his passing in 2003 was “probably the worst thing that I’ve ever been through”.

She added: “To watch my kids have to suffer through it was horrible, a horrible experience.”
