Katt Williams, the comedian, was arrested on battery charges in Georgia, according to reports.
The 42-year-old has been in trouble with the law on a number of occasions. He has been arrested at least nine times since November 2006.
TMZ reported that Williams got into an altercation with a pool store employee at a location in Gainesville, Georgia.
Police sources told the site that it started with a verbal altercation before he threw an object at the employee.
He was on the ground with his hands behind his back and was apparently ready to be placed in handcuffs when police arrived on the scene.
