Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick aren’t only co-stars in the new animated film, “Trolls,” but are singing buddies as well.
The pair—with an unidentified guitarist—took the stage at the Cannes Film Festival on May 11 where they surprised fans with an acoustic version performance of Cyndi Lauper’s 1986 hit, “True Colors.”
“We are Anna and Garfunkel,” said Timberlake, introducing themselves to the crowd. “We’re going to give this a go, but you guys have to be nice.”
