A Maryland judge ordered the state bar on Sept. 11 to investigate three lawyers who allegedly helped former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delete emails amid a federal investigation.

The order was in response to complaints against Clinton lawyers David E. Kendall, Cheryl Mills, and Heather Samuelson. According to The Washington Times, Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge Paul F. Harris Jr. said the state bar couldn’t dismiss the allegations without investigating.
