The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has released a new video, showing snipers killing people in Syria.
According to the video, the footage was recorded in Deir ez-Zor.
The video is from the viewpoint of a sniper, who takes out what appears to be enemy fighters. However, at least one woman appears to be shot.
