Here’s how to download iOS with iPhone 4.
-Plug-in your phone and connect to the internet.
-Back-up your data, because it could get lost after the update
-Make sure you have at least 3GB of storage
-Download directly on the iPhone 4: go to general settings, then software update
-Download through iTunes: Select the iPhone 4 and click check for updates, then download and update
-Don’t disconnect your phone until the update--which may take several hours--is finished
