Club 101 in New York City was abuzz with networking and industry insights Tuesday, as members of AREW (Association of Real Estate Women) gathered to hear panelists discuss the climate of the real estate industry, the new regulations, and the role of women within the industry.
Sonia K. Bain, an attorney at Troutman Sanders, was impressed with the speakers.
“The insights were smart, right on, and very well articulated,” she said. The dialogue was mostly observational commentary and Bain found it inspiring that the direction was for positive energy and outlook into the real estate industry to help move forward.
“So much of it is psychological,” she said. The panel was moderated by the New York Observer’s commercial real estate reporter, Dana Rubenstein.
