Ice JJ Fish, the singer, wasn’t involved in a “tape,” which is being promoted on Twitter. Another fake rumors going around said he “cheated” on his girlfriend.
When one clicks on the link, they’re taken to a website that has a different article about Ice JJ Fish. It appears to just be a Twitter clickjacking scam to direct traffic to a certain website.
The false “cheating” rumor is being spread by Huzlers.com, a self-described “satire” website.
“Huzlers.com is a combination of real shocking news and satire news to keep its visitors in a state of disbelief,” the website’s disclaimer reads.
A few weeks ago, Huzlers posted a story saying Ice JJ Fish signed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money label--also not true.
Ice JJ Fish, born Daniel Mcloyd, is best-known for his YouTube video, “On the Floor,” which has attracted millions of views over the past few weeks. h
