Jillian has been working long hours at the office and has grown a little too comfortable wearing leggings and sweatpants in a professional environment. Her sister Barbie asks Glamour style pros Theodore Leaf and Sona Gasparian to intervene and promote Jillian’s style to professional, chic, and polished.

Jillian hopes to drop the daily sweatpants, while having chic, office-appropriate hair. She also needs to add some edge to her look. Now, Jillian is dressing basically just for comfort and she hasn’t changed anything about her style in about four years. If you are familiar with at least one of these characteristics, this episode is right for you!

Theodor decided to go with a pleated skirt, which adds more length to a silhouette. Meanwhile Sona is taking care of Jillian’s make-up. Her tip is to use primer to counterbalance any skin discoloration. TIP: If you have a reddish tint in your skin, apply green primer. Use a light-color eyeshadow to create a well rested look.

When it comes to a ponytail, try to always use elastic ponytail holders that match your hair color. Try this double ponytail which is also very easy to do. Add pointed pumps, bag and a belt all in matching color.

Jillian loves the change: “I’m feeling great, fantastic, professional, chic, grown-up... I love it.”
