We love the rich, shiny look of liquid eyeliner. But applying it is not so easy. However, to create perfectly winged eyeliner don’t have to be as hard as it looks. Pick up these tips from makeup artist Joanna Simkin and you'll be a pro in no time.

Since liquid eye-liners tend to be tricky, you can try creamy eye-liner pencil, which is easier to work with.

How to apply:

Firmly hold your lashlines, starting from the outer corner making your way to the inner corner.

Once you have your pencil liner done, trace over it with a black liquid liner. This will add shine and get the look of rich finish. Drag the line to the point you would love your cat eye. The higher, the more visible it will be.

If you want to make full cat eye look, start with drawing line at the outer corner which will be upright on the bottom lash line.

Then draw another line from inner corner making it way to outer corner, so the two lines will join. Now simply fill the space two lines have created. Voi-la, perfect cat eye is done.
