Two top Republicans in the U.S. House asked for answers from the White House about its role in the protests at the private residences of some conservative U.S. Supreme Court justices.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) on Friday asked the White House in a letter to:
  • Identify all communications between the Executive Office of the President and left-wing activist groups, including but not limited to Ruth Sent Us and Demand Justice, referring or relating to the public posting of or demonstration events at the private residences of Supreme Court justices.
  • Affirmatively confirm to the Republicans that no employee of the White House has had any such communications if that’s the case.
Jordan is the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee and Comer is the ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.
