HONG KONG–A rally and parade was held in Hong Kong on March 14 supporting the 70 million Chinese who have now quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)and its affiliated organizations by posting a statement of withdrawal on the Tuidang Web Site.
In 2004, The Epoch Times published a series of editorials titled the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party which provided a historical account of the Party and exposed its tyrannical nature. The Nine Commentaries were later compiled into a book and DVD, and a movement developed in which people who had pledged their lives to the Party began to post statements on the Internet renouncing that pledge. The number of statements posted is now close to 70 million.
