Jon Bailey of Screen Junkies movie magazine and their “Honest Trailers” YouTube series showers us with plentiful ammunition of Oscar jabs in the “Honest Trailers - The Oscars” video.
“With the 2016 Oscars this weekend, we’re giving you all the reasons why the Best Picture nominees REALLY got nominated,” the video’s description reads. “The Academy presents our mega-Honest Trailer featuring The Martian, Room, Bridge of Spies, The Revenant, The Big Short, Brookyln, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Spotlight!”
Apart from some satire of the Academy, Bailey also earlier took on some of the nominees.
