Helix season 1 wraps up with its finale at 10 p.m. ET on SyFy.
The episode is going to be intense, with Alan deciding in whom to entrust the two canisters as he and the others prepare to escape the facility.
Alan, Peter, and Hatake also prepare for a final showdown with the Scythe while Jordan gets life-altering news and the fate of the virus is revealed.
Sarah will also get the results of her medical tests, finding out if she has cancer, the virus, or something else, while the group tries to figure out who the mole is.
The series has just been renewed for a season 2, which will premiere in the winter of 2015.
