Heather Locklear Returns to ‘Melrose’

Actress Heather Locklear will reprise her role as Amanda Woodward on the updated “Melrose Place” next month. The primetime soap opera that was a sensation in the 1990s premiered anew this month on the CW network. The show has received disappointing ratings so far, despite the reappearance of former Melrose stars and famous cast members, such as Ashley Simpson-Wentz. Locklear will make her debut on the show on Nov. 17.

Brad Pitt Heading ‘Holmes’

Actor Brad Pitt is said to be considering a role in the upcoming Sherlock Holmes sequel. Pitt would take on the character Moriarty, Holmes’s nemesis. The first film is due to be released at the end of the year and stars Robert Downey, Jr. as Holmes and Jude Law as Watson. No deal has been finalized with Brad Pitt.
